We are really enjoying the ebelskiver pan that I got for Christmas. Sunday morning breakfast could have been a dessert with the chocolate ebelskivers filled with nutella. No recipe as this one is a mix, Williams-Sonoma Chocolate Ebelskiver Pancake Mix, that Jayme gave me with the pan.

They do look like dessert and they do look delicious! What a great idea!
I have one of those pans. Can't wait to get one of the chocolate mixes to try. Thanks, looks so delicious.
Yes, they definitely look like dessert AND they look perfect. How nice that you're getting good use of and enjoying the ebelskiver pan.
I agree - they look like a dessert - and what a dessert!! I can see some fresh raspberries along side!!
I've been watching vidoes on You Tube and someone even filled one with a little cooked sausage..sounded great for a savory one!
I have to get that pan out again! Marsha, those look outrageous! I have to get the mix!
Savory sounds nice, too, Barb! W-S has a cookbook for the pan, but I bet we could find tons of recipes online!
That's my kind of breakfast! It makes me want to rush out to get the pan & the mix. YUM YUM!
These sound delicious. Dessert or breakfast-perfect either way!
Oh Marsha!!! You have wonderful birds, wonderful gardens, and now I find you have wonderful food. You are my hero, and how I wish you were my neighbor. I would learn a lot of wonderful things from you...

PS- and how I loved seeing that MN skyline on your other blog today. Looks much the same as the western view from my house... Hope you are cozy and warm, and that the wind doesn't blow you away!
Marsha, I could reach through the computer screen right about now! I know you are loving your pan. I saw your beautiful birdie plates in Tuesday Morning recently :-)
Marsha, came back to say that Larry went to the mall with Adam and brought me back the chocolate mix and the cookbook! I'll scan some recipes and share! haven't made the mix yet! Such a procrastinator but now that I see yours again, I should get moving on this!
